The Office of the Dean invites proposals from departments and programs in the College for mini-grants for the Spring 09 term.
Course Enhancements
Proposals of up to $750 for enhancements to specific departmental or interdepartmental courses to be taught in Spring 09. Examples of such enhancements include inviting visitors to campus to meet with your class, excursions with students, or purchases of special materials such as films, CDs, or videos. Each department or program may submit up to three such proposals, ranked in priority order. Please budget modestly; the smaller each individual request, the more requests we can grant. Use the attached proposal form and accompany the forms with a brief cover letter from the head endorsing and prioritizing the proposals.
Proposals will be reviewed on a rolling basis, however, the final deadline for submission of Spring term mini-grant proposals is March 27, 2009.
