Administrative Officers
Washington and Lee University Organizational Structure
Note that the President of the University
serves on the Board of Trustees, ex officio. As stated in the
University Bylaws, "the President shall in general oversee,
supervise, and direct the policies and development of the University as
prescribed by the Board and shall have primary responsibility to the Board
in all areas of the University’s work not otherwise assigned by the
Board."
