Watson Fellowship

Administered in cooperation with fifty outstanding private colleges and universities throughout the United States, the Watson Fellowship provides a grant of $25,000 to college graduates of unusual promise for the purpose of engaging in a year of independent study and travel abroad following their graduation. 

All application materials, including research proposal and recommendations, must be submitted to the liaison officer by the internal deadline. Students should consult with the liaison officer well in advance of the fall deadlines. Please contact Dean Ikeda for an internal Watson application.  W&L can nominate four applicants.
